Shipping and Handling

Ground Shipping
For orders under $100.00 [excluding tax and shipping], shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.50 for UPS Ground to any destination in the USA except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $100 [excluding tax and shipping] qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping to any destination in the USA.

Expited Freight
You may select to have your order shipped expedited freight where regardless of the size of the order, the customer is responsible for the cost of the freight. Global Stores Group LLC / Industrial Supply Division ships all items via UPS. Our shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the most up-to-date information obtained direct from UPS. Expedited service carries an additional charge and your order must be received no later than 2:00 PM EST. in order to be scheduled for our daily UPS pick-up, although we will make every attempt to get orders shipped that are received after the 2:00 PM deadline. All back orders will be shipped UPS ground at our expense.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Global Stores Group LLC / Industrial Supply  Division has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

At Global Stores Group LLC Industrial Supply Division, we make every attempt to ship in stock items within 24 hours of you placing your order. If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out of stock you will be notified with the expected shipping day of the out-of-stock item(s). Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be billed to your credit card.
